Sigma Services, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Vivian Solodkin a California Registered Professional Electrical Engineer. Sigma began as an engineering services firm providing design services and quality control reviews. After a few years, Sigma expanded services to include electrical and general construction. With the addition of Benjamin Valenzuela, Jr., a mechanical engineer, Sigma has expanded its capabilities into mechanical upgrades and facilities management.
Sigma Services, Inc. is a certified Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) with the US Small Business Administration. Sigma is certified by the Department of Transportation (DOT) as a Disadvantaged Business Entity (DBE) with the state of California.
A licensed class B General Building and class C-10 Electrical Contractor in the State of California, we serve federal government organizations, public works agencies, and private entities.
Sigma was awarded three contracts from the Department of Housing and Urban Development to manage and maintain real estate-owned (REO) properties across Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, and Utah.
